Fashion vs. Functional
by Technology on 02-05-2005 rating: 2
The everpopular iPod (Mac) has been around since early 2000. They have been steadily releasing new versions, and the newest, iPod Photo. The iPod Photo is retailing at $499, also the price of a Mac Mini, Small dog, and an eMachines desktop PC. The iPod is becoming more "trendy" and less functional. You can store pictures on an iPod, but you can store movies on an mp4 player. Each are the same price, yet one sells more. iPod. Why? Because people feel powerfull when they have one, and they want to fit in. If your looking for a good mp3 player try one of the new mp4s, if you want to be socially acceptable get an iPod (or a small dog.) Vote: Thumbs Down
